Compensation / Steady Stream of Income

Fixed Salary + Incentives, accompanied with multiple accelerated appraisal opportunities allows every individual to get an appraisal at any given time of the year. This continues until the individual’s fixed salary figure reaches to a six-digit number, before moving to an annual appraisal cycle. However, our prime focus remains on “incentives” which generate extra wealth based on an individual's capability of hitting the monthly sales targets. With our advance pay incentive structure, you can earn a portion of your incentives even before Square Yards receives its commission from the developer.


FY 2021-2022 at a Glance

As of FY22 Square Yards Global clocked 55% growth in Revenue, 185% growth in Number of Transactions, 87% growth in Gross Transaction Value and 62% growth in New Orders. Square Yards Canada has successfully contributed 20% to the overall Company business and is targeting more in the next financial year.

Workdays - Tuesday to Sunday.

Work Location - Suite 700, 2225 Sheppard Ave E, North York, ON, Canada, M2J 5C2

Timing - 10 am to 6pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Primary duties include: phone calls, meetings, follow ups, email correspondences and overall management of sales pipeline.
  • Consult with clients to discover their investment goals, and then guide them towards the right investment vehicle to suit their needs.
  • Respond to leads in a timely fashion.
  • Attend team related obligations.
  • Be up to date and knowledgeable in the pre-construction, resale, and rental market.
  • Book appointment at the sales center with the client and take client for site visit.
  • Meet monthly business target.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO (License should be transferred to Square Yards or applied for RECO license at the time of Joining).
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be willing to work on the weekends.
  • Must be willing to work from the office.
  • Commitment to Excellence, Hard Work, and Perseverance.
  • Must possess strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of Toronto's Real Estate Market and Pre-construction Industry.
  • You must be able to drive, have a reliable vehicle and a current valid drivers' license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient using computer and mobile applications and be open to learning new technologies.
