A fourth component will be the 72-story residential complex EX4, which will have some office space and retail space as its main anchors. According to Joseph Feldman, EX3 (third unit of the project) is now being considered for a condo that might begin taking orders by the middle of 2021. Early 2024 and late 2023 are the planned completion dates for the first two buildings, with EX3 following in 2026.
