Save those deep existential thoughts for consideration at your Big Gull Lake cabin, right at the end of the lane and right next to loads of Crown Land! It's tranquil, quiet and only 15 minutes from the village of Northbrook for weekend supplies. This older one bedroom, one bathroom clapboard cottage is comfortable, warmly heated with a good woodstove and features a screened porch, deck, a decent roof, functional septic system and hydro, but would love someone to eventually upgrade its interior, perhaps reconfigure the rooms, add some insulation...no hurry. There are excellent steps to the shore including a mid way deck and a lakeside storage building & dock. The waterfront includes some hard bottom sandy shore, soft bottom further out but deep enough to moor your boats. A swim raft would be wonderful! The view is expansive and delightful. Everything included: furniture, appliances, kayaks & row boat. Get on a big lake at a reasonable price!
