A submission letter dated May 28, 2021was provided to the County of Simcoe requesting inclusion of the subject lands within the Settlement Area Boundary. Once the MCR process has concluded, and on the basis the lands are included within the Settlement Area Boundary as residential lands, previous conceptual planning provides 941 lots: R1-19-Res low density-detached, R2-3-Res low density-semi-detached & R3-Res medium density-towns. Directly adjacent to the subject lands there is a residential subdivision consisting of semi-detached and detached dwellings.
